Design Brief

Client purchased a building with an existing flat roof that had leaked for many years Option 1 was to re do the existing roof, option 2 was to create a pitch for the water to fall from the roof. The latter option seemed the best long term solution Therefore a flat to pitched roof conversion was undertaken using new steel trusses bolted to the existing concrete beams, with a new insulated twin skin roof system improving the buildings insulation properties Benefits: Long Term solution to water ingress problems, improved insulation properties, increase in the amount of natural daylight

They are also CSCS carded to prove occupation competence.
